Why is it like this in the Qu'ran?

What we must always remember is that the first person to receive our Glorious Quran was our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) who was a man and Allah was giving him the Quranic verse as such Allah was addressing him first and as such Allah would have to reveal the verse as "tell the believing women" because after all the verses/words of the Quran were told to us by our Beloved Prophet (pbuh), the revelation came directly to him first so Allah would send the verse in such a form to him (pbuh)
