What is on the wall above your baby's crib?

I bought erfly and flower "stickers" that match the lavender walls. So few of them are above her crib. They're not real stickers, just vinyl cut outs you can peel off whenever (about 4-5 inches long). There is also a cross with a guardian angel that she was given by her grandparents on her baptism day.
