The Best Food for a Pug?

Hi. I am a 7 month old Pug puppy. I am a15 pound male. I have been eating Nutro Small Bites Puppy Chicken, Rice and Oatmeal dry food since I was 3 month old. I recently read that my food is not one of the best premium dog foods. I am constantly searching my backyard for leaves, figs, berries etc. Also when my owner feeds me boiled carrots, green beans, chicken or rice I tend to get an upset stomach. I would like to be properly nourished so I have hit the internet to find out what food would be the best for my breed? Also if there is any place I could find information about my vitamin and nutritional needs on the web. I should mention that I currently get fed 3 times per day 1/2 cup per feeding.
