Question about Amish Friendship bread.?

I have 3 starter kits for Amish Friendship bread and at this point have run out of people to give it to. This stuff multiplies like rabbits!! Can I freeze the mixture on day 10 so when I want to bake it I can get it out of the freezer and bake it that day? Also would I add the stuff to it you are supposed to first, or wait until I thaw it and am ready to bake it? Thanks for your advise!!
