If you are referring to the nascent pre-mRNA or the cytoplasmic mRNA after intron(s) have been spliced out? After the introns have been removed, the smallest number of bases would be 303, Which would have 3 bases per codon and a stop codon, but you rarely if ever see thiis because the mRNA is frequently processed with 5' caps to prevent mRNA degradation plus the polyA tail. So it would be much larger. Maybe 350 bases or more.
