Chill out like the first guy said muscle is heavier than fat which is why sports man are so heavy. at first i figure it was just the muscles being heavier but now i think it has something to do with your diet. Your stamina should not go down when workout so i'm guessing your eating something your shouldn't be eating. Try eating more health foods and if you already are figure out what you are eating that is not as good for the body as it is for the tongue.
