I need help on Shakespeare's MacBeth?

I need to subtext Act I, Scene VII. I do not understand the meanings.I mean Shakespeare is an awsome writer but I just don't understand his dialogue.Would somebody please give me a brief SUBTEXT about this scene? Thankyou!
