How much money will the government make off the swine flu shots?

Actually, the U.S. government is *spending* billions of our tax dollars on shots. So the government in itself is not making any money. The pharmaceutical companies, on the other hand, are getting those billions of dollars. Pharmaceutical companies have well funded and powerful lobbyists who donate to politicians' campaign funds and I'm sure do plenty of outright bribery as well. So individual politicians in the government I'm sure are making money off this. As well as any large shareholders of pharmaceutical stock, which describe many government officials who make decisions regarding health care. So there is certainly a huge conflict of interest in this matter.
