My Oyster Card has been confied... help?

Im 15 and my oyster card was confied on the tube station seeing as i was ten pence short and had to jump the barriers with a friend. The guy hared me for my oyster card and said he was going to write a report yadadada and that it would take two weeks to complete. Not forgetting that i still got to go to school for those two weeks. I know i was wrong and that i should have begged a friend for 10p but whats the worst that can happen to someone who was coming home from school on a normal day? I use the train everyday and its kind of annoying that on one of the few days that i must jump the barriers i get caught.
