Which country or space agency is actively working on sending a probe to sedna.?

Wikipedia says NASA is not... No idea who else might plan a mission to a tiny body over 80 AUs from the Sun. The mission would take years and overall reliability of mission instrumentation could be a serious consideration for success. Multiple redundancies, with thermal isotope power generators seems like mandatory requirements to keep the instruments and communications equipment working for the decades required.
