Could Hitler have gone to Heaven?

Many Christians say that they will go to Heaven, not because of what they do in life but because they repent of their sins and except Jesus Christ as their lord and savior. By this rationality, if Adolf Hitler repented of his sins (Brutally butchering 6 million Jews and others whom he disliked for no reason) that God would forgive him and allow him into the kingdom of heaven to live or eternity in peace. And also that the Jews who were tortured and murdered for doing nothing other than being Jewish were sent to Hell after their brutal and untimely death because they never accepted Christ
