What are the most dangerous neighborhoods/streets in Dayton, Ohio?

I am looking specifically for the most dangerous/rough roads in the 937 area code. I am doing some research on crime in the city and need some help. I know Gettysburg ave, Catalpa, Salem, Third and Main, and Hoover are rough but any help would be great. Thanks!
