How do i get the swingarm bolt out?

I have a 1995 yamaha blaster and i cant get the rear swingarm bolt out to take the engine out. How can i get it out? I took the nut off and i can turn the bolt but it wont come out, im wanderin if it is stuck to the bushings in the swingarm and it cant come out.Ive taken it out before but this time it wont come out. plz help.
