What can happen if someone has a lack of white blood cells(it's an illness, not sure what you call it)?

A deficiency in white blood cells is called leukocytopenia and may signal a more serious underlying condition. Overheating is hyperthermia and if left unchecked can lead to heat stroke, result in seizures and cellular/tissue damage (including brain damage) and even death.
