Do you really want drama in your life, you sound young so maybe you might take some advice. The first guy is going nowhere at least right now except maybe more prison time he is a criminal I didn't say he does not deserve love but lets face it he wants with you not love. The second guy is clearly playing for both teams so I don't know about you but (honestly I couldn't kiss a guy or let him touch me in a ual way) who sucks other men's you know what. I think you need to slow down and figure out what you want in a relationship. You mentioned qualities but so far from your description there are not many with either man...
