I wouldn't fall for it. I feel like it's a trap. I don't want to get your hopes down but you really need to be careful. This guy thanks you for the request, that's fine. But then he starts trying to lure you into the conversation deeper by mentioning famous bands and giving you the chance to meet them, there has to be a catch. No head director of a music festival would randomly choose a girl to get that kind of opportunity without having some kind of string attached. Don't tell him a lot about who you are, no matter how much you think you might know him. If you want to go out with him then that is up to you. But bring somebody older with you and meet him in a public place. You have to be careful nowadays because other people aren't thinking about what is best for you.
