I need help with my bran new acer aspire laptop..?

I just bought a new acer laptop from wal-mart last night, not that im trying to set it up it will turn on, and it will say opening windows and then a window saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation." so i do that and then that same message pops up again.. i dont know what to do.. i fallowed the dummy proof poster with the quick et up instructions and it is still just not working.. what do i do...
