Do you guys think by having a 500 credit score i could get a car loan from my bank?

I'm trying to purchase a car but can't find any co-signers for it because my credit score is in the 500 hundreds. I want to try to get a car loan from my bank but doubt that they are going to give ot to me since my credit score is above what they are expecting for! What do you guys think? Will I be eligible for it or not?
