NOI---Nation of Islam + a synopsis of my day :/?

i was at this mall and this guy pointed at me so i walk right up to him and asked him what he wanted, (i was wearing an abaya) he said that 'we ( the nation of islam) dont wear that traditional stuff' and he started talk about the NOI (nation of islam) to the shop keeper and he said that the nation of islam believes that Elijah Mohammed is the last messager of Allah for the United States...........wtf?!?! is this true...........what is ur opinion of this????
