Is there still hope for BFP after 2 BFNs?

TTC, light light bleeding on 6-7dpo. nausea, sore but not painful bbs. headaches, hpt at 8 dpo but BFN another hpt this morning at 11 dpo but BFN. Light cramping but had a miscarriage end of last year so now i worry about all the little symptoms turning to the same...I "feel" pregnant but think it may just be my mind playing tricks on me...AF not due til sunday or monday...Wondering if there is still hope or if i should just call it quits for this month...
