Help! eyeliner!!?

does anyone know which eyeliner this is... it comes in a pencil/pen form and is about 3 and a half inches long (i dont think you are meant to sharpen it) .. its wider than most eyeliner pens/pencils.. its about 1cm thick. its meant to be a powder eyeliner but is in the form of a pen/pencil. the outside of the eyeliner is navy, but its a black eyeliner. its made from natural minerals.. and i think its meant to be indian? does anyone know? thanks
